By making any purchase through this Website www.blossomgioielli.com, you fully accept these " General Conditions of Sale ", therefore we invite you to read them carefully: they constitute the contractual discipline applicable in the relationships between the Buyer and Blossom Gioielli , with registered office in Via G. Blossom Gioielli offers a wide range of products and services and therefore you may be subject to detailed contractual regulations related to the product/service you specifically purchased: in the event of a conflict, the detailed regulations will prevail.

Blossom Gioielli is considered the selling party or the " Seller " within the scope of these general conditions of sale. Art. 1 – Purchase methods and procedure.

Art. 2 – Right of withdrawal.

As required by law, where the Buyer is a Consumer (i.e. where he is not operating within the scope of his own entrepreneurial, commercial or artisanal activity) he has the right to withdraw from any distance selling contract or contract negotiated away from business premises.

If you are a Consumer you therefore have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform Blossom Gioielli of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Art. 3 – Effects of withdrawal.

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery from offered to us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.

The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the Consumer Purchaser demonstrates that he has sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

Art. 4 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of:

Art. 5 – Return policies (“ How to return a product ”)

All direct shipping costs relating to the return of the product are borne by the Customer.

Art. 6 – Payments

Art. 7 – Shipping of products and accounting documentation.

The Seller can accept orders exclusively for delivery in the national territories indicated in the options available during the online purchase procedure. The seller has the right not to accept orders for delivery to islands or remote locations. We do not accept shipments to PO Boxes.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the online purchase procedure and are known to the Customer before his definitive consent and confirmation of the electronic transmission of the Order: all deliveries of the products are at the risk of the Seller: the risk will be transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the products to the Buyer or to a designated third party, carried out by the freight forwarder, carrier or other agent appointed by the Seller for delivery.

Upon delivery of the products by the appointed courier, the Customer is required to check: (a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and (b) that the packaging is intact and not damaged or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.

Any damage to the packaging and/or products or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported by the Customer, by affixing the writing " accepted with reserve " on the courier's delivery receipt.

Furthermore, without prejudice to the terms given by the Guarantee of the products sold by Blossom Gioielli, the Customer undertakes to promptly report - and in any case no later than 8 (eight) days from the date of delivery to the "BLOSSOM GIOIELLI" Customer Service - any possible problem inherent to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received.

In the event of failure to collect the material in stock at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the Order, the Order will be automatically cancelled; in this case the Seller will refund the sum received as payment, net of the costs for attempted and unsuccessful shipping.

For each contract the Seller will issue a delivery note (DDT) or, for those Customers (non-Consumers) who have and have entered their VAT number in the personal data relating to the order, an invoice relating to the products that will be shipped.

Art. 8 – Availability of products, delivery times and pricing policies
